Shipping policy

At Ephirix, we are committed to providing a seamless and stress-free shopping experience. That includes making sure your order is delivered quickly, reliably, and with total transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.


Shipping Destinations

We are proud to offer shipping to customers in the following countries:

  • Canada

We currently do not ship to any other countries outside of these three regions. However, we are constantly working on expanding our reach to more international locations.


Shipping Costs

We are happy to provide free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and the Australia. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.


Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

We work with reliable shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries. Below are the estimated delivery windows for each destination:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes and actual delivery may vary based on your location, weather conditions, courier delays, and peak holiday periods.


Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of trusted shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. Our shipping partners include:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Canpar Express

  • Day & Ross

We may select a specific carrier based on your location, the nature of the products ordered, and the best available delivery timeframe.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. This tracking link will allow you to monitor the status of your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the United States, Canada, and the Australia.

  • We also cannot guarantee delivery to remote or rural areas may not be available in the same timeframe as urban regions.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at contact@ephirix.com as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping provider to locate the package and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund based on the outcome of the investigation.
