Returns
Because fashion is personal, we ask that items be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving your items to request a return or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached
The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Provide your order number and clear photos if the item was damaged
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item or a product arriving damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items that have been worn, washed, or returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Replacements
We are happy to replace items that are:
Damaged during shipping
Sent incorrectly
Defective or flawed upon arrival

Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within one hour of placement. After this time, your order may already be in the fulfillment process and cannot be modified or canceled.
How to Start a Return or Replacement Request

If your request qualifies, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping address. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship a replacement if applicable.
